Premier Care are committed to your satisfaction, the work we do will always be to an extremely high specification within the constraints of your requirements. Your cleaning service will be monitored regularly and we will be happy to listen and act on your comments, no matter how big or small, after all, it's your service and we want you to be happy with the assistance you receive.

As you would imagine, security and confidentiality are extremely important to both ourselves and our service users. We go to a great deal of effort to make sure you have peace of mind on both issues. Our recruitment policies are rigorous, our training for all support workers is thorough and ongoing.

Itinerary Visit

We have found over the years that everyone is different and people like their work doing in different ways, what is priority for one person may not be so important to another. It is essential for us to do your clean just the way you like it, including materials and equipment.

Before your clean begins we will arrange a home visit and draw up an itinerary specifically to you and your needs. We can also discuss the times, days and the frequency you would like your service. This visit will also give you the opportunity to meet one of our management team face to face and ask any other questions you may have regarding any aspect of the arrangements.

Building A Good Relationship

Our experience tells us service users prefer to know who is coming in to their home to work and what that person is like, it is important to us both that you get on well with each other, this way you are able to build up a good working relationship, we do put a lot of thought into the right allocation of staff, we will usually allocate you one cleaner however, we can arrange two cleaners if that's what you prefer.

Although we would like to think that accidents do not happen, however in the real world they do, not too often thankfully, but in the event of a breakage or damage to your property you have the peace of mind knowing we are fully insured.

Any work we do in your home needs to be safe for both you and our workers and so we will ensure your itinerary is suitable and low on risk to all parties involved and hopefully establish a happy, long relationship.
