All information that you provide will be treated as confidential and only used in correspondence with your care.
We are very happy for you to read your care folder, making any adjustments or comments you see fit. This will be kept confidentially and locked away when not in use.
Your care will be reviewed as an ongoing exercise at each visit by your Home Care Support Worker alongside an annual review by our Care Manager. Our Care Management Team will always be available to deal with anything that your care worker needs assistance with any aspect of the visit. From time to time we will ask for your views on the care we provide, in order to improve our service in any way
we can.
