A key to our success at Premier Care is the back-up we provide both to our service users and our staff. Our supervisors out in the community make sure your care starts and ends on time, dealing with any problems on the way, including sickness cover, training and maintaining the high standard and quality of service at all times.

All our staff have a hard working, busy and professional attitude. They are all very friendly, approachable and understand the importance of your confidentiality. Our staff are recruited and trained by us, we do not use agency staff, ensuring any absences are covered by our very own supervisors or temporary staff who go through the very same recruitment and training procedures to guarantee the high standard of service is maintained. All Home Care Support Workers work towards NVQ 2 training, plus our very own in house training. Only when we are satisfied the candidate can meet the high standards we expect, are they introduced to our services user. This continues into annual assessment and formal supervision which is given on a quarterly basis. We also work alongside North Nottinghamshire Training Opportunities.

We are very proud to have achieved the Investor In People award, we are affiliated to the Federation of Small Businesses and have strong ties with Business Link. Our services are also provided to Derbyshire Social Services.
